Our company, Teknik Arıtma, commissioned a high-efficiency pure water production system in 2015 for our textile sector facility, which utilizes wastewater discharge as a source to obtain process water.

The first stage of the pure water production system consists of an Activated Carbon (AC) filter with a production capacity of 60 m3/h and 16 units of ZW1500 module Ultrafiltration with a production flow rate of 54 m3/h.

In the final stage, pure water is obtained from a Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit with a production capacity of 40 m3/h, operating at 75% efficiency. The pH of the RO production water is adjusted to the range of 7.2-7.5 with a pH conditioning unit.

The produced pure water meets the boiler feedwater and cooling tower feedwater needs of the facility, which are supplied from the reclaimed water.

In this system where the Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis units are manufactured on a single chassis, the production flow rate and the conductivity of the produced water continue to be in line with the project values of 2015.
