Our company, Teknik Arıtma, commissioned a high-efficiency Ultrafiltration + Reverse Osmosis system in 2021 to meet the process water needs of a business in the Food Sector by producing pure water from river water.

In the first stage of the pure water production system, there is a Multimedia Filter along with ZW1500 module Ultrafiltration unit and an Activated Carbon filter. The Ultrafiltration system filters river water up to 0.1 µ, removing suspended solids and microorganisms.

In the final stage, pure water with a conductivity of < 50 microsiemens is obtained from a Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit with a production capacity of 80 m3/h, operating at 75% efficiency. The produced water is sent to the facility to be used as process water.

The production flow rate and the conductivity of the produced water continue to be in line with the project values ​​of 2021.
