Our company, Teknik Arıtma, commissioned a high-efficiency drinking water production system in 2022, utilizing the Nile River as a raw water source in Central Africa.

The first stage of the drinking water production system consists of an Activated Carbon (AC) filter with a capacity of 50 m3/h, followed by an Ultrafiltration unit using ZW1500 modules with a production flow rate of 45 m3/h in the second stage. With the Ultrafiltration system, we filter suspended solids up to 0.1 µ with a 99% efficiency.

In the third stage, drinking water quality product water is obtained from a Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit with a production capacity of 38 m3/h, operating at 85% efficiency.

The produced product water is bottled after ozone treatment in the final stage to achieve the desired drinking water quality standards.

The production flow rate and the values of the produced water remain consistent with the project values of 2022.
