The hourly water flow of the designed activated carbon system is 100m3 and system’s backwash period is either volume or timer controlled and when it reached its specified limits the activated carbon mineral is sterilized with steam at 1600C.
The system is complete SS 316 Stainless Steel and, the inside roughness of the tank is designed to fit the food and beverage industry standards with Ra<0,8micrometer value.
The saturation level of activated carbon mineral is determined by a device which measures the chlorine dioxide amount at the system.
